At AOKIMADE, we will stand behind all our products and we offer a lifetime guarantee for all of them.
If our product does not meet your expectations you can send it back to us and we will make a total refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will have to be inspected to apply warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the total price for the product.
To be eligible for a return with total refund, your item must be delivered to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, like new and re-sellable. Gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if not trackable.

If we send you the wrong item or the product is defective, all return shipping costs will be paid by AOKIMADE. We can not refund the custom charges you paid when receiving your package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your total refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to AOKIMADE´s error will not be totally refunded.
If you are approved we will email you and your refund will be processed, applying a credit to your credit card or original method of payment.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If some days have gone by and you think it is taking too long, first check your bank account again if you haven’t received a refund yet. We are not responsible for delays once the credit is placed back, so please, contact your bank first before contacting us again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged from fabric or if we didn’t send you the item you ordered. Products damaged or lost during transportation will be claimed to national postal service via transport insurance.
If you wish to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for our feedback. We can exchange those products you send us back in the original packaging, like new and re-sellable. All transport expenses will be on you in this case.
