Shipping process starts the day your order is verified, and will be done from Monday to Friday. Please understand that depending on the time you place your order and world time differences, we may start to process your order the day after. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from email@example.com. At this moment, your package is still in our HQ, and it will take less than 24h for us to prepare your package.
All items are delivered as certified postal letters via Spanish postal Service (Correos or Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos S.A.) or via DHL Express. We will notify you with a shipping update email. This is a manual process and we appreciate your patience.
Please, check your mail lists before contacting us, and give us at least a week for international shipping before contacting us. Some countries do not admit tracking systems, so please be patient if your status message is always the same.
The following shipping times are estimated from Correos, the postal carrier: European orders will be received between 4 or 5 days later. USA, Canada, and Hong Kong will receive their orders 5 to 10 days later( if customs do not held the packages). The rest of the world, including the Canary Islands, may take from 10 days up to 20 days, depending on the country. These are shipping estimate times, custom clearance may take up to 20 days in some countries (plus shipping time).
For Express Courier shipments, estimated delivery times are more closely to what we should expect (2-3 days in Europe, US 4-5 days, rest of the world 5-7 days). Custom clearance time is shorter with Express shipping option, but we can not guarantee the specified delivery times.
In some cases, due to weather problems, strikes or so many other things, your delivery can be delayed. Please remember that AOKIMADE is not a freight forwarder, a carrier or the national postal service, so we are not responsible for any possible delay once your order is labeled and leaves our HQ.
Possible custom charges or any other VAT payments for the items are the customers responsibility once you receive your package. AOKIMADE is not responsible, not aware of all this possible custom, international shipping extra costs / charges. The shipment starts from Barcelona to the world, but we will not pay your taxes and customer expenses, please be aware of your legal obligations. In case you refuse to pick up your package because of customer expenses, since the product is not even received by the customer, it is not a damaged or defective product, refund charges will be applied only in this case.
