SHIPPING

All AOKIMADE products are shipped from our Head Quarters in Castellar del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. We ship our products to five continents via Deutsche Post -Global Mail.

Shipping process starts the day your order is verified, and will be done from Monday to Friday. Please understand that depending on the time you place your order and world time differences, we may start to process your order the day after. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from info@aokimade.com. At this moment, your package is still in our HQ, and it will take less than a day for us to prepare your package.

The individual items shipped under label "Postal service" are delivered as certified postal letters via Deutsche Post (Air mail service) and once every week we will make a bulk shipment. Free shipping option will work the same way. We will notify you with a shipping update email once the package is on the move. This is a manual process and we appreciate your patience. All packages will have a tracking number to follow up the shipment.

Packages will take 2 to 15 days to deliver, depending on your country of destination. In some countries, online trackers like 17track don't work as good as they should, so if you are not able to track your package with the link we provide, please don't hesitate to contacting us and we will try to inform you about your package status. 

Please, check your mail lists before contacting us, and give us at least a week for international (Non EU) shipping. Some countries do not refresh the Deutsche Post tracking systems, it depends a lot on the destination country, it depends on how your National Postal Service works generally, so please be patient if your status message is always the same. We have sent more than 1.000 packages so far and Deutsche Post has never lost a package so we think it is a reliable forwarder.

In some cases, due to weather problems, strikes or so many other things like the recent pandemic, your delivery may be delayed. Please remember that AOKIMADE is not a freight forwarder, a carrier or the National Postal Service, so please understand we are not responsible for any possible delays once your order is labeled and leaves our HQ. 

Possible custom charges or any other VAT payments for the items are the customers responsibility once you receive your package. AOKIMADE is not responsible, not aware of all this possible custom, international shipping extra costs / charges. The shipment starts from Barcelona to the world, and we can not afford to pay your taxes and customer expenses, please be aware of your legal obligations before making an order. In case you refuse to pick up your package because of customer expenses, since the product is not even received by the customer, it is not a damaged or defective product, refund charges will be applied only for the items, not for the shipping costs. We will reduce your refund level, charging shipping costs on you.
